Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Default shipping is UPS Ground. Therefore we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We also do not ship
to APOs and FPOs.
You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this web site pass to you upon delivery of
the items to the carrier.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product
within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable
condition inside its original packaging.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting MPG Motors.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to MPGMotors.com.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
Products that are returned to MPG Motors with a missing, damaged or altered product
will be refused RMA service and returned to you at your cost.
All items returned for a refund or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All return items must arrive back to MPG Motors in resalable condition.
Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled (with no cut or clipped wires, or contact with water.) The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return
Shipping charges are not refundable except when a replacement item is not available.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 7 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
Any refused items or incorrect address items will be charged shipping both ways plus 15% restocking fee.
Refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts Of Nature.
The following items are not acceptable for return - All High-Performance Parts, Controllers, CDIs, Items Sold By The Foot, Tools, Engines,
Special Orders, Manuals, Books or any Used Parts
Warranty
Stock Parts: Are under warranty for 30 days from manufacturers defects with the following exceptions. Electric scooter controllers are not
under warranty or returnable due to the nature of electronics and the potential for damage during installation. If you need a controller replaced
please bring your scooter into MPG Motors for service.
Performance Parts: We do not warranty any of these items or sell/approve for street use. Performance items come with the original
manufacturers warranty against factory defects.
Manuals and Books: We do not warranty any manuals, books or publications of any kind.
Engines: MPG Motors has a no-return policy on all engines, barring manufacture defect or shipping damage.
